The Royal Commission of Yanbu has signed a Conditional Investment Agreement (CIA) with Mitchell Rubber Arabia for the allocation of the Company's 7.88 hectare Rubber Compounding and Products land area in the Yanbu Light Industrial City.  

Yanbu on the Red Sea is fast becoming one of Saudi Arabia's must-visit destinations.  The Yanbu Industrial City is home to the 3rd largest global refining hub, and the largest oil shipping port on the Red Sea.

The U.S.-Saudi Business Council is the premier hub for business partnerships between the United States and Saudi Arabia.  The Council provides Mitchell Rubber Arabia with hands-on assistance and strategic solutions to successfully access and navigate the U.S. and Saudi Markets.  Additionally, the Council helped the Company sign a $50 million agreement with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu to allocate land for the establishment of an elastomer components manufacturing facility in Yanbu.

The High Institute of Elastomers Industries (HIEI) is a world-class elastomer technology vocational training institute in partnership with the University of Akron.  Together with this prestigious education partner, the HIEI is committed to provide and maintain high educational standards and excellence, which provides graduates in this new and growing elastomer industry.

Mitchell Rubber Arabia is partnering with the HIEI, and is dedicated to establishing and maintaining a highly skilled workforce through high quality training, development, technology, consulting, and testing services with the latest equipment, and professional and specialized staff.

Stephen is Founder, Chairman & CEO of Mitchell Rubber Arabia, LLC.  He has over 17 years C-Level experience overseeing operations and sales in the custom mixed rubber and engineered elastomers industry.

Prior to founding the Company, Stephen held various positions in the engineered elastomer industry including President of Austin Rubber Company, COO at Mitchell Rubber Products, COO at Esterline Engineered Elastomers and HR VP at Channell Commercial Corporation and Mattel.

Stephen attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, received a Master Degree in Counseling and Industrial Psychology from Oregon State University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Bethany University.

Anil has extensive Senior Partner and Partner experience with PwC’s US Management Consulting, Accenture, and Ernst & Young. He has helped global-leading brands across multiple industry sectors transform and digitally enable their Marketing, Sales and Service to deliver significant quality, C-Sat. advocacy/loyalty and sales improvements.

He is a thought-leader in Applied Analytics, ML/AI, IPA/RPA applications in Front Office automation and is credited with Patents in Cross Industry Competitive & Comparative Customer Experience and C-Sat Valuation.

Anil received a Masters Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.

Trevor has held key executive and operational roles with the Mitchell Family businesses over the past 10+ years.  He has specialized in strategic planning and process improvement while overseeing one of the Mitchell Family’s California rubber multi-function operations. His keen sense of vision and identifying opportunities significantly enhances operational and strategic excellence as well as key relationship developments with customers, employees, and stakeholders.​

Trevor received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and has attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Additive Manufacturing Program.

Shahram serves as a Technical Advisor and Board Member for Mitchell Rubber Arabia.  He has extensive industrial experience in the fields of chemical and petro-chemical processing and design.

Shahram co-founded an energy-based technology development company, served as a consultant to the U.S. Government, and for several major international oil and gas companies. He also worked as a design engineer for B.F. Goodrich Tires.

Shahram received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering with additional graduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Kansas State University. He has more than 30 national and international technical refereed journal articles and presentations and is credited with several U.S. and International patents.

With over 20 years of experience in high-end international retail and brand partnerships, Janie plays an integral role in Mitchell Rubber Arabia's strategic development. She leverages her extensive expertise to drive company-wide planning and prioritization, ensuring the seamless implementation of Mitchell Rubber Arabia's mission, core values, and leadership principles, while maintaining the integrity of its brand.

As a key liaison to the Corporate Executive Board members, she fosters strong relationships. Her insights are instrumental in influencing the company's strategic direction and brand development. Janie is also committed to nurturing innovative partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.
